Borrow a book from our Commonwealth Collection and you could win a Tablet!

commonwealth [Converted]Ayr’s Carnegie Library is joining in the fun of the Commonwealth Games by celebrating authors and books linked to Commonwealth countries.

Reading gives us someplace to go when we have to stay where we are.

Visit the library between July and September and borrow one or more books from the Wealth of Reading collection and you can be entered into the draw to win a Tablet (the computer, not the delicious Scottish sweet delicacy!).

To be in with a chance of winning describe the best things about the book(s) you’ve read in no more than 50 words. You can enter online at the  Wealth of Reading website or fill out a review card at Carnegie Library before the competition closes on Tuesday 30th September 2014. Please only enter once for every book you read from the collection.

The winner will be announced in October.
